Arboriculture and Forestry
QTS deliver arboricultural, site clearance, utility, forestry and woodland management services for a broad and varied client base throughout the UK.
QTS Group offers a full contracting service relating to the planting and management of woodlands, trees and hedges. Our experienced operatives are able to carry out all required ground preparation, plant and maintain the trees or hedgerow to ensure satisfactory establishment. We can also deliver hydroseeding services on earthworks/site clearance projects.
As an Arboricultural Associate approved contractor QTS uses its expertise to provide tree clearance works and vegetation management solutions with minimum inconvenience to our clients and public. We strive to deliver these services with a mix of safety, good practice and productivity, minimising the impact on the the local community.
QTS Group work with our clients to minimise the risk of disruption caused by vegetation adjacent to overhead powerlines, railways highways and public open spaces. We specialise in providing advice on all aspects relating to trees in urban, rural, utility and industrial settings.
QTS strongly believe that training of its operatives is an essential investment for the future. All our arboricultural operatives are qualified to NPTC levels as a minimum. A Royal Forestry Society training scheme is provided for our supervisors.
All work is carried out in accordance with the guidelines of British Standards BS3998 and the relevant FTC and HSE requirements.
