QTS is a market leading fencing contractor to the UK’s infrastructure networks across the UK. We have dedicated project management and site supervisory staff and over 80 fencing teams working daily throughout England, Scotland and Wales on some of the countries most prestigious projects in the rail, highway and water sectors.

Our teams operate with our own QTS branded 4×4 fleet with trailers and track barrows including specialist plant such as mini diggers, tracked dumpers, and post knockers. As an accredited Principal Contractor with in-house planning, safety-critical, and AFI (Association of Fencing Installers) Level 2 accredited fencing personnel, we independently plan and implement scheme deliveries.

Our integrated project management team will ensure the works are delivered safely and professionally. We advocate early contractor involvement, complemented with the BIM capability of our in-house design team, to ensure safety by design, and successful stakeholder management adding buildable, efficient, and maintainable solutions

Rothbury Terrace

This site, situated on the ECM5 downside, was a particular target for trespass. With a Network Rail depot on the other side of the fence, the client was seeing an increase in young people breaking through and vandalising carriages.

Newcastle United Football Club

This job had to be completed out with a very short window of time – after the football season ended and before the pre-season training began, leaving only a 5 week period in which we had access to carry out the job.

National Fencing Framework

QTS is a National Fencing Framework contractor, having delivered in excess of 750,000m fencing to date. We manage projects from inception to completion in collaboration with Network Rail, including all key stakeholders (e.g. landowners, statutory bodies, lineside neighbours).
