Reconstruction of existing roads & footways, construct new cycle & foot path and car park. Comprising site prep, surface water drainage, drainage connections, natural stone sett work, kerbing, surfacing, lining, block paving, sandstone walling, metal railings, street furniture & lighting and soft landscaping.
