Going for Gold!

We are absolutely delighted to receive the Investors in Young People Gold Award, showing that QTS is a great place for young people to work and develop! 42 of our young employees from across the company were interviewed as part of the process and we received a fantastic report back, with some amazing comments that made us so proud of the whole QTS family!
We have also achieved the gold award for Healthy Working Lives! This has been a labour of love for our compliance team who have been working towards achieving this award since we were originally awarded bronze back in 2014. By introducing initiatives such as Mentally Healthy Workplace Training, awareness days around key topics such as stress, smoking, drug and alcohol and sun safety, we have been able demonstrate our commitment to our workforce! At Rench, we are also lucky enough to have our woodland walk for the staff here, that provides a welcome environment for a lunchtime stroll!
