Project Quantity Surveyor

Roles and Responsibilities:
The Project Quantity Surveyor reporting to the Commercial Manager shall have the responsibility and authority for the administration and overseeing of all contracts assigned to QTS and shall, at a minimum:
- Provision of relevant contractual documents, standards and specifications to sub-contractors
- Ensure contracts are executed prior to implementation.
- Submission of valuations and agreement of final accounts.
- Certification of sub-contractor interim valuation.
- Approval of supplier invoices.
- Produce Cost Value Report for each project.
- Produce estimates for remits / projects.
- Comply with all QTS company policies and procedures.
- Assist in any other aspect of the Company where required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Full Driving License
