Compliance Administrator
Rench Farm, Drumclog
The Administrator, reporting to the Head of Compliance, shall have the responsibility and authority for assisting the Compliance and Safety teams.
Role and responsibilities:
- Secretarial and administration duties in relation the Compliance Department
- Collate and report company and project key performance indicators – KPI’s
- Taking and dealing with complaints from members of the public
- Collation and input to the working hours, including fatigue management
- Assist in the approved supplier process including maintenance of the database
- Fulfilling a wide range of diverse administrative and record keeping duties
- Attend and contribute to Compliance meetings and audits
- Facilitate utilisation of all resources i.e. specialist knowledge
- Compliance with QTS procedures relating to the operations
- Assist in any other aspect of the Company where required
- H&S office checks
Skills required:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills
