Fatigue Co-Ordinator
Rench Farm, Drumclog
The Co-Ordinator, reporting to the Head of Compliance, shall have the responsibility and authority for assisting the Compliance and Safety teams.
Role and responsibilities:
- Collation and input to Fatigue 360 (fatigue management database tool) via import and manual entry
- Leading the operation of the fatigue management system
- Update users, roles and responsibilities
- Monitor fatigue and liaise with planning managers to investigate any issues
- Issue weekly reports to planning managers
- Striving to continually improve the fatigue management process
- Any other fatigue related requirements
- Recording fatigue assessments and management plans
- Full understanding of the standard and corresponding modules
Skills required:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills
