Graduate Quantity Surveyor

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing Sub-Contract agreements and payments
- Attending, contributing to, and minuting Internal Team Meetings
- Preparing Interim Valuations with Senior Surveyor and agreeing amounts for payment.
- Informing Sub-Contractors of Contract variations
- Valuing variations
- Reporting to Senior Surveyor on job performance via cost/value comparisons
Skills Required
- HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Project Management
- Computer literate – Microsoft Office
- Good Communicator
- Driving Licence
