Site Agents

Role and responsibilities:
As Site Agent, you will be accountable for the daily management of projects ranging from £5k to £2m. Your responsibilities will include:
- Executing contracts in alignment with legislative requirements, health and safety plans, and quality standards
- Delivering projects on time and within budget
- Collaborating with site staff and managing surveyors to ensure compliance with tender allowances
- Continuously monitoring project progress against contract objectives.
- Identifying and managing changes to the contract
Skills required:
- Prior experience in civil engineering (rail experience desirable but not essential)
- SMSTS certification
- A degree, HNC, or HND in civil engineering (or equivalent professional experience)
- Experience at a Site Agent or Sub Agent level within a rail/civil engineering contracting environment
- Experience working on multi-disciplinary rail and civil infrastructure maintenance frameworks
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
