QTS is proud to announce that they have achieved the Investors in Diversity Silver award.
The company has worked steadily towards creating a diverse and equal workplace, which has allowed them to obtain this award.
Over the past year QTS has committed to embedding the FREDIE (Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement) ethos throughout the company which has helped create a more inclusive workplace.
Ensuring staff understand and believe in driving these FREDIE principles is a key priority for QTS and to achieve the Investors in Diversity Silver award is a fantastic recognition of this.
